Jacob Soulliere is an award-winning Bulgarian-born baritone opera singer, known for his unique musical interpretations and linguistic efficiency. A graduate of the Manhattan School of Music, he studied with Professor Chris Nomura and is continuing his masterβs degree at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music with Professor Lester Lynch.
A Metropolitan Opera Laffont Competition award recipient and two-time first-place winner of the Cheryl Siebs Vocal Competition, Jacob has worked with renowned artists including Mikael Eliasen, Julia Faulkner, Marlena Malas, Vernon Hartman, Reese Revak, Christopher Cano, A. Scott Parry, Vance George, Kent Tritle, and others.
He made his Carnegie Hall debut at Weill Recital Hall and has since performed at the White House, Merkin Hall, and with the Munich Symphony under Maestro Ludwig Wicki. Jacob also operates a private voice studio rooted in the Bel Canto tradition and continues to emerge as one of the most promising young baritones of his generation.
